My son the musician – Nate Cozadd

Daily Prompt

Strike a Chord

Do you play an instrument? Is there a musical instrument whose sound you find particularly pleasing? Tell us a story about your experience or relationship with an instrument of your choice.

Today, I choose a shameless plug of my musician son, Nate Cozadd.  Now, I played the clarinet in high school and was in the choir, but what all of my kids, except the youngest, have done with a guitar is pretty awesome.  Nate picked it up, OMG, 13 years ago, and his ability surpassed his brother, who taught him, within a couple years.  Still, they are all pretty good, but Nate continues to this day, always trying for the perfect band, hopefully still writing songs, and someday, even though he may not always believe it, to be a world renown musician.

Please check out the videos, but if you don’t have time for that, just skip to the end and buy the $7 CD.  He could certainly use the money, and it would be nice to get paid back for that car he “bought” from me, and Lord knows, I have an air conditioner to pay for.  Let’s see that would be 858 CD’s.  Wow, I may have to do a couple more shameless plugs!

Marie – a great song, very upbeat, nice.

Solar Chariot, a bit slower, nice.

Sun God.  A bit more upbeat.  Good guitar. Could it be wrong?

The House in the Waterfall, sounds cool.

Marathon is amazing.

The Solar Chariot CD, buy it.  It’s only $7, worth it.

Hannah is amazing.  Makes people cry.  Lifeboat is awesome.  Safe in Sound relaxing.

Google search Nate Cozadd if you want.  He has a FaceBook page, SoundCloud, Reverbnation.  Give it a chance, you won’t be sorry.
